摘要
针对直流炉机组特点,提出了一种适用于直流炉的燃煤发热量信号测量模型.为了提高模型的动态性能,同时考虑了制粉系统动态和锅炉动态.利用国内某1 000MW超超临界机组的运行数据对模型参数进行了辨识,并对该模型的精确度进行了验证.结果表明:该模型抗锅炉侧扰动性能强,具有一定精度,可以用于实时监测燃煤发热量.
Based on the features of one-through boiler unit, a model is proposed for heat value measurement of the coal fuel, in which the dynamic performance of both the pulverizing system and the boiler proper has been considered. An identification of model parameters has been performed by using operating data of a do- mestic 1 000 MW ultra super-critical power unit, while the model precision verified. Results show that the model is quite accurate, insensitive to disturbance from boiler side, and therefore may be used for real-time monitoring of coal heat value.
