摘要
改良凝集试验(Modified agglutination test,MAT)由Dubey J P等于1978年建立,可应用于弓形虫IgG抗体滴度测定,目前在欧洲和美国该方法仍被广泛用于弓形虫病的诊断。本文在Dubey所建方法的基础上,用福尔马林固定抗原,用2-巯基乙醇处理待检血清,用该方法对临床193份犬血清、56份猫血清、80份猪血清进行弓形虫IgG抗体的检测,并将结果与ELISA、IHA检测结果比较,发现符合率较高。与156份其他病原的阳性血清无交叉反应,重复性好,适合于对初筛样本以及临床上疑似弓形虫感染个体的筛查,但该法费时、费力,不宜在基层推广使用。
The Modified agglutination test(MAT) for diagnosis of Toxoplasma gondii was initially developed by Dubey in 1978.Up to now,this test has been extensively used in Europe and America Here,tachyzoites are treated with formalin,and sera are treated with 2-mercaptoethanol to remove non-specific IgM or IgM-like substances.This test detects only IgG antibodies by agglutination to diagnose Toxoplasmosis.All sera from 193 dogs,56 cats,and 80 pigs were detected,and the results were in good agreement with ELISA,and IHA.No cross reaction was observed in 156 animal sera from Neosporosis,Chlamydiosis and other contagions.This method was proved to be of high specificity and duplicability.However,this test is unsuited to be used in most farms because it requires long time and abundant tachyzoites to ensure Toxoplasmosis.
