摘要
针对行星传动系统在实际应用过程中由于共振导致传动系统的破坏问题,利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立2K-H行星传动系统的实体模型,应用Workbench对行星传动系统进行模态分析,得到其固有频率及各阶振型,分析其振动特性。并通过研究太阳轮浮动以及行星轮个数对振动特性的影响,进一步指出行星传动系统结构改变对振动特性的影响。此项研究为行星传动系统的进一步改进设计提供了依据。
Aiming at the failure problem of planetary transmission system due to the resonance in the process ot actual application, by using 3D modeling software Pro/E a planetary transmission system entity model is established, the modal analysis of planetary transmission system is carried out by using Workbench, the inherent frequency and the vi- bration modes are obtained, and the vibration characteristic is analyzed. And through the research of sun gear floating and the influence of planet gear number on the vibration characteristics, further point out that the influence of planetary transmission system structure changes on vibration characteristics. The study of planetary transmission system design provides a basis for further improvement.
