加快推动文化产业发展,使之成为国民经济支柱产业,是社会主义市场经济条件下满足人民群众多元精神文化需要的重要途径。要坚持把社会效益放在首位,社会效益与经济效益相统一的原则,推动文化产业跨越式发展,使之成为新的经济增长点。为此,提高文化产业规模化、集约化、专业化水平,具有十分重要的意义。
Accelerating the development of culture industries is an important approach through which the diverse spiritual needs of the mass can be fulfilled. In the development of culture industries, both social effects and economy effects should be emphasized. It is also important to improve the specialization and intensivism of culture industries.
