摘要
成人学历教育是顺应社会在职人员继续教育的需要而产生的教育形式,由于多方面的客观因素影响,成人学历教育的教学效果普遍偏低。针对这种情况,应深入研究收效明显的授课方式,以提高成人学历教育的专业质量与水平。
Adult diploma education is a kind of education form which meets the needs of in-service staff in continuing education. Due to various causes, its teaching efficiency is not satisfactory. Aiming at this situation, efficient teaching methods need to be explored so as to improve its quality.
