基于ANSYS的焦炭塔动力学分析

摘要 利用ANSYS软件建立了焦炭塔应力场分析的有限元模型,结合风载、地震载荷等对焦炭塔进行了分析,计算了各工况下焦炭塔的应力与强度。利用有限元模型对焦炭塔操作过程各阶段的载荷进行了分析计算,结果表明,焦炭塔在风载与地震载荷下能够安全平稳运行。 With ANSYS software,finite element model for coke tower stress field analysis was built,and combined with the factors like wind load and earthquake,analysis was made to the coke tower,and the stress and strength of the coke tower under various operating conditions were calculated. With the finite element,analytical calculation was made to the loads at different operation stages of the coke tower,and the result shows that the coke tower can have a safe and smooth operation under wind load and earthquake load.
