摘要
实践教学是高职教育的主要教学环节,是学生在校期间获得实践能力和职业综合能力的最主要途径。目前国内很多高职院校,只片面重视英语专业课的实践教学环节,而传统思维中被视为公共基础课的英语教学,其实践教学被大大忽视了。本文结合高职体育院校英语教学工作实际,从高职英语教学的现状出发,阐述实践教学对提升高职英语教学质量和人才培养工作的重要意义,从而探讨高职英语实践教学的预期目标和教学内容体系,并具体提出了英语实践教学的实施途径。
Practical teaching is important in higher vocational education and helps the students to obtain the overall abil- ity. At present, many colleges only attach importance to practical teaching of professional courses but not that of English which is usually regarded as a general course. This paper, based on the author＇ s teaching experience, is to analyze the current situation of vocational English teaching, elaborate on the importance of English practical teaching in the improve- ment of teaching quality and talent cultivation, discuss the targets and content system of English practical teaching, and then provide some specific approaches for English practical teaching.
