摘要
股骨干骨折后骨不连,是骨折端愈合功能停止导致的骨折术后常见并发症,临床上,由于内固定不稳、断裂等原因导致手术失败的情况屡见报道,而我们近年收治的一例患者,从其病史及诊疗过程进行全面分析,发现导致其骨不连的原因很可能与内固定物的排异反应有明显关联,而非生物力学原因导致,因而在此对病例进行一个回顾性分析,探讨内固定物排异反应对骨折恢复影响的可能机制,并提出相应的对策。
Femoral shaft fracture nonunion fracture healing stop fractures caused by postoperative complications, in clinical, the situation of failed surgery caused by internal fixation instability and fracture, in recent years, we found that it was probably due to rejection of the fixation to lead nonunion, not lead by non-biomechanics, so to conduct a retrospective analysis to the case, and explore the possible mechanisms of fixation rejection against fracture recovery, propose appropriate countermeasures.
