摘要
目的:观察针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将临床上确诊为神经根型颈椎病的患者随机分为两组,实验组45例,采用针灸治疗;对照组45例,采用牵引疗法。结果:实验组总的有效率100%,对照组总有效率为86.67%,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组的疗效。结论:针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病具有高效性。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture in treating nerve root type cervical spondylitis. Methods： The patients were divided into two groups, the experimental group of 45 cases was treated with acupuncture; the control group of 45 cases was treated with traction. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group （100%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （86.67%）, the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture was effective in treating nerve root type cervical spondylitis.
