摘要
目的:探讨声辐射力脉冲成像(acoustic radiation force impulse,ARFI)对判断乳腺肿物良恶性的诊断价值。方法:对102例女性患者共125个乳腺肿物进行声辐射力脉冲成像,测量肿物的剪切波速度(virtual touch tissue quantification,VTQ),以病理结果作为金标准,构建ROC曲线,判断诊断价值。结果:乳腺肿物的VTQ值在良恶性组之间的差异具有显著性意义(P=0.0001)。VTQ值判断乳腺良恶性肿物的最佳临界点为6.64m/s,ROC曲线下面积为0.857,其判断乳腺恶性病变的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为81.8%、100%、96.8%。结论:VTQ值可用于判断乳腺肿物的良恶性。
Objective: To evaluation the diagnostic value of virtual quantification in differentiating benign or malignant of breast lesions. Methods: 102 patients with 125 lesions were examined with ARFI technique, and got VTQ of breast lesions. The ROC curve was constructed to evaluate diagnostic value of VTQ with histology as the golden standard. Results: The VTQ had statistically significant in the comparing of benign or malignant breast lesions (P=0.0001). 6.64m/s was the best cufoff point. And the area of ROC curve was 0.857. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 0.818, 1.00 and 0.968. Conclusions: The VTQ is helpful in the evaluation of benign or malignant of breast lesions.
