摘要
简述了阵列天线结构形式,分析了阵列天线背架装配、焊接及机械加工过程可能产生的变形,提出了合理的装配、焊接及机械加工工艺质量控制方案,使桁架结构的天线背架加工后的数百个槽的平面度控制在不大于0.25 mm,满足天线背架设计要求。
The structure of the array antenna is briefly introduce(l, ana me prooiem umt antenna may be deformed in the process of assembly, welding and mechanical machining is analyzed. The reasonable quality control schemes of the assembly and welding as well as the mechanical machining technology are presented to make the planeness of hundreds of slots be not more than 0. 25 mm after the machining of the antenna back frame with the truss structure, which meet the design requirements of the back frame.
