摘要
本文介绍了用于机械零件预备热处理的组合式自动化生产线,不仅能够实现机械零件的退火、正火、调质等常规热处理,而且能够实现零件的渗碳淬火,具有节能、自动化、批量生产的特点。
In the paper, the modular automatic production line used for pre-heat treatment of mechanical component is discussed. The automatic production line can carry out the heat treatment process such as an- nealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering, carburizing and hardening for mechanical parts, and it has the characteristics as following： energy-saving, automatic, batch production.
