摘要
中国特色新型工业化道路的核心就在于以信息化与工业化的融合。以信息化带动工业化的本质就在于利用信息技术改造提升传统产业,促进传统产业的转型升级,相应地,信息化带动工业化的内在机理可从信息化改造传统产业和信息化促进传统产业升级两个层面来探讨。以信息化带动工业化,政府要从夯实组织基础、技术基础、微观基础、产业基础等多方面入手,进行相关的制度创新。
The core of the new road to industrialization with Chinese characteristics lies in the integration of informationization and industrialization.Its essence is to use information technique to reform and promote traditional industries and accelerate its transformation and upgrading.Accordingly,the internal mechanism of informationization driving industrialization can be discussed from two layers： using informationization to reform traditional industries and promote their upgrading.To achieve this goal,the government should lay a solid foundation for organization,technology,micro information and industries,and should also have some related institutional innovations.
