摘要
电动汽车充电站是电动汽车业发展所必须的重要配套基础设施。分析了电动汽车发展的社会和行业背景,讨论了发展电动汽车对充电技术的要求,研究了影响电动汽车充电站规划的几方面因素,并根据南方电网公司的有关规定,探讨了电动汽车充电设施的规划问题。
Charging station is fundamental and important infrastructure in the development of Electric Vehicle （EV）. Social and present situations in the development of EV are analyzed, as well as the requirements to char- ging technology. In addition, related factors influencing the planning of EV charging are researched. Accord- ing to related stipulations of China Southern Power Grid, the planning of EV charging facilities is discussed.
