摘要
为了进一步培育优质高产陇东绒山羊群体,利用引进的绒细型和绒长型种公羊进行分区域杂交改良和品系繁育,培育出适宜陇东干旱半干旱自然生态条件的陇东绒山羊专门化品系。培育结果表明:绒细型特一级成年公母羊平均产绒量分别为601.67g和465.76g,体重分别为36.16kg和29.31kg,羊绒细度分别为14.49μm和14.25μm;绒长型特一级成年公母羊平均产绒量分别为626.49g和506.37g,体重分别为37.74kg和29.65kg,羊绒细度分别为15.02μm和14.82μm。同时利用微卫星DNA技术研究了9对基因座位在陇东绒山羊群体中的遗传多样性,通过标记多态性与生产性状的最小二乘线性模型,进行了分子标记与经济性状的相关分析,并在这些位点上找到经济性状优势基因型以及对相应性状具有正效应或负效应的等位基因。
In order to breed the high-quality and high-yield cashmere group, fineness type and length type breeding ram were introduced to crossbreeding improvement and strain breeding, aimed to cultivate Longdong cashmere specialized strain which could adapt arid and semi-arid regions natural ecological feature in Longdong area. The results showed that cashmere yields of fineness type special A for adult male and female sheep were 601.67 g and 465.76 g, body weights were 36.16 kg and 29.31 kg, fineness was 14.49μm and 14.25μm, respectively; cashmere yields of length type special A for adult male and fe- male sheep were 626.49 g and 506.37 g, body weights were 37.74 kg and 29.65 kg, fineness was 15.02/~m and 14.82/zm, re- spectively. The genetic polymorphisms of 9 microsatellite loci in Long-dong cashmere goats were studied to reveal genetic diver- sity of the population. The relating effects between markers and economic traits were analyzed in a generalized linear mode. Nine microsatellite loci had significant effect on some economic traits of Long-dong Cashmere goats; meanwhile, we also dis- covered favorable genotype and some alleles above loci had positive effect and negative effect on interrelated economic traits.
