摘要
对省级地调院进行明确的定位，是省级地勘单位一系列改革中极其重要的内容之一。文章分析了目前省级地调院的现状，指出了在管理体制、运行机制和队伍结构等方面存在的主要问题，就省级地调院如何准确定位提出了３条建议。
A definite orientation set for the Provincial Institute of Geological Survey is an important link in a series of measures taken in the reform. Based on an analysis of the present situation, this paper points out the main problems existing in the operational mechanism and staff structure, and puts forward 3 suggestions concerning the orientation of the Provincial Institute.
