摘要
原有的疏浚概念多是指在浅滩等碍航河段的通航疏浚,或是河道局部清障,而疏浚技术发展到今天,作为长河道防洪减灾的一种重要措施,必需赋予新的含义。本文结合近些年来我国北方河流出现的河床枯萎现象,分析了枯萎疏浚的基本原理及几个关键技术问题,对于目前在黄河等枯萎河道上采用疏浚防洪有一定的参考价值。
