摘要
聚硅纳米增注技术是一项近年来应用于油田注水井增注的新工艺,其工艺相对简单、无污染、无负面影响,较传统工艺有一定优势,但它通常以柴油作为聚硅纳米材料的携带液,成本高昂、施工不便。选用复配的表面活性剂,将超疏水的纳米聚硅核均匀分散在水中,制备了聚硅纳米粉体的水基微乳液体系。该体系分散性和稳定性较好,可以完全用水取代柴油作携带介质将纳米聚硅材料带入井下。
The poly silicon nanometer technology as a new stimulation enjoys a wide popularization in improving the effectivity of injecting in the water injection well production.It has advantage over the traditional process in its simple and unpolluted manner of producing oil.However,the new technology commonly makes diesel as the carrying fluid of poly silicon nanometer,which is well known to be costal and less preferred for producing.A water - base micro - emulsion system of poly silicon nanometer powder was then prepared by putting evenly the nanometer poly silicon nucleus,which is believed to be super hydrophobic,into the water and then dispersed the solution for a while.This system is of an optimum dispersion and stability to allow water in place of diesel to carry nanometer poly silicon into the down - hole.
