摘要
随着城市化和机动化的快速发展,城市停车问题日益严重。社会公共停车场在城市停车设施中具有关键性的作用,合理的城市公共停车场规划布局是解决小汽车停车需求的重要前提。但传统的两种城市公共停车场规划方法存在针对性不足、实施效果差等问题,难以适应当前的发展需求。论文研究提出了一种基于停车资源普查和停车需求分类管理的城市公共停车场规划新方法,将该方法应用于青岛市黄岛区公共停车场规划,实践证明具有较好的适应性。
With the rapid development of urbanization and increase of car amount, urban park problem becomes more and more serious. Public parking space is significant for urban park facility, the rational planning of public parking space is the base to solve car parking needs. But the two traditional parking plan methods are not very suitable for current development. This paper puts up a new method for urban public park space planning based on parking resources survey and classification management of parking needs. The new method is applied in the Parking Space Planning of Huang Dao district in Qingdao, and reflects good adaptation.
