摘要
在回顾交通研究领域关于出行时间可靠性研究成果的基础上,从出行者出行选择的角度解释了公交出行时间可靠性意义及其在出行者出行决策中的重要作用,并结合乌鲁木齐市公交调查,论述了出行者对公交服务在出行时间可靠性方面的关注是极其重要的。继而对乌鲁木齐公交系统出行时间可靠性的影响因素进行分析,针对性地提出了改善乌鲁木齐公交服务的措施,对国内其他城市常规公交服务质量的改善具有重要的借鉴意义。
The paper firstly has a review on the research of travel time reliability in the transport industry and shows its importance to the commuters＇ modal choice decision-making, and analyses the possible items that would impact on the reliability of bus travel time from the perspective of bus service. It in the meantime takes the Urumqi bus system as a case and presents its importance for the Urumqi bus passengers through a revealed preference survey. Following this the items of Urumqi bus service impacting on the travel time reliability are analyzed and the improving measures for the bus service are recommended.
