摘要
构建和谐校园是全面落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的要求和重要组成部分。高校以人为本构建和谐校园,是建设和谐社会的主要窗口和培养建设和谐社会人才的重要基地。高校离退休老同志政治坚定、工作经验丰富、威信高,他们懂教育、爱教育、善教育,是党和国家的宝贵财富,是构建和谐校园不可忽视的力量。高校要充分发挥离退休老同志的重要作用,努力促进和谐校园建设。
Building a harmonious campus is the requirements for comprehensively implementing the scientific concept of development and an important part of building a socialist harmonious society. A harmonious and people - oriented campus is a major window of building a harmonious society as well as an important base for cultivating the talent of building a harmonious society. The retired veteran eomrades in universities are politi- cally firm, have rich work experience, enjoy high prestige, have a good knowledge of education and love edu- cation and they are good at education. They are valuable asset of the party and the country and force to be reckoned with. Universities should give full play the important role of the retired veteran comrades and make great efforts to build a harmonious campus.
