煤矸石的纳米结构研究及用其烧制结晶釉的试验 被引量:11

摘要 研究了硅质煤矸石的物质成分和微观结构 ,揭示了其纳米结构的特点。用硅质煤矸石配料烧成了硅酸锌结晶釉 ,并发现其烧成温度较传统配料烧成者低。煤矸石中所含的少量铁质对烧成及制品性能无不利影响。 An investigation into the compositions and micro texture of siliceous coal gangue was carried out and it was found that the gangue has a nanoscaled texture which is composed of nano particles of coal and silica.Glaze of zincic silicate was successfully sintered from the siliceous gangue. It was also found that the sintering temperature was low and the iron in the gangue had no unfavorable effects on sintering and produced glaze.
