摘要
生态外交是一个新兴的交叉学科,学术界虽然有从马克思主义发展观角度阐述生态外交的思想,但是还鲜有学者用马克思主义发展观的深刻内涵来指导中国生态外交的战略构建。面对传统发展观背景下的生态危机和人类发展困境,马克思主义发展观从方法论和理论思想的高度对于解决当今世界生态危机与人类发展困境具有很高的理论价值和现实意义。
Ecological diplomacy is an emerging cross-disciplinary.Although in academia the idea of eco-diplomacy has been expounded from the perspective of Marxist development view,few scholars use the profound meaning of the Marxist development view to guide the strategic construction of China’s ecological diplomacy.Facing the ecological crisis in the context of the traditional development concept and human development predicament,Marxist development view,from the height of the methodology and theoretical ideas,has a high theoretical and practical significance to solve the ecological crisis and human development predicament in today’s world.
