摘要
见义勇为是中华民族自古以来一直倡导的传统美德,然而在现实生活中,由于我国法律规定缺乏对见义勇为行为的及时、全面、有效救济,出现了"英雄流血又流泪"的社会问题,这与现行法律制度对见义勇为行为保护的缺失有很大关系,因此当务之急是构建我国对见义勇为行为的行政补偿制度。
Courageous act is a traditional virtue that Chinese nation has long been advocating. In real life, how- ever, it become a social problem that ＂a hero bleeds and tears＂ due to the lack of timely, comprehensive and effective relief to the courageous act in the law of China. It is greatly related to the lack of protection for the courageous act in the current legal system and therefore it is imperative to build the executive compensation system for the courageous act
