摘要
为了解山东省麻疹发病实际情况及疫情报告状况 ,更有效地加强麻疹监测工作 ,于 1998年 7～ 8月按照分层整群随机抽样原则 ,抽取青岛、济宁和德州 3个市所属 13 5个村级单位 ,调查居民 12 10 5 9人 ,居民麻疹漏报率为 92 5 0 %。抽查各级各类医疗机构 68所 ,查阅病案和门诊登记 48万余份 ,医院麻疹漏报率为 2 8 5 7%。结果表明 :我省麻疹漏报严重 ,应切实采取针对性措施 ,最大限度减少漏报 。
In order to make clear the practical situation on measles case reporting, a randomized sampling survey on measles failed reporting was carried out from July～August in 1998. A total of 121059 residents were selected from 135 village level units among 3 prefectures, the failed reporting rate of measles was 92.50%. When a total of more than 480000 case history files and clinical registrations were looked up from 68 hospitals of different levels, the failed reporting rate of measles was 28.57%. This results showed that the failed reporting rate of measles was rather high in the province, it should take measures to perfect the surveillance system and to reduce the failed reporting rate of measles to a maximum limit.
