Optimized Selection of an Accelerated Loading Facility Based on AHP

摘要 针对国内正在开展的长期性能观测计划,在专家问卷需求调查基础上,综合考虑加速加载设备的使用特性、使用用途和使用价值等3个方面因素,从68项指标中筛选出36个关键指标,探讨利用改进的层次分析法建立了加速加载选型指标体系,计算了指标权重,利用模糊评价的方法进行了选型理论推导,给出了5种适应我国国情的加速加载选型方案并结合某省加速加载设备购置需求,进行了优选验证。结果表明:利用层次分析法进行加速加载设备选型能够有效减小优选过程的主观因素,具有理论成熟性,选型过程合理,优选结果可为国家和行业决策购置加速加载设备和研究开展加速加载相关领域研究提供参考依据。 Based on domestic developing long-term performance observation plan and an expert questionnaire demand survey, considered the characteristics, purpose and value of accelerating loading facility (ALF) , 36 key indexes were selected from 68 indexes. The improved analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used to establish the accelerated loading selection index system, the index weight was calculated, and the selection theory was derived using the method of fuzzy evaluation. Five loading facility selection schemes which adapt to the situation of China were provided and verified combined with AHP purchase requirements of a province. The results show that the optimized selection of ALF using AHP can effectively reduce the subjective factors in selection process and has theoretical maturity. The type selection process is reasonable and the optimization result can be a reference for purchase ALF and for research in related fields at state and industry levels.
