摘要
历时十余年的高校后勤社会化改革正处于关键阶段,已经暴露出很多亟待解决的问题。这些问题主要是,没有法人实体极易滋生弊端,后勤员工老化和福利待遇提高的矛盾突出,后勤实体干部队伍普遍素质不高、思想不稳定,政府、高校相关工作欠佳。
CPC and central government attach much importance to the reform of college logistics socialization all the time.With the continuous development of the reform,problems and contradicts of college logistics socialization in different levels have become obvious,which has become the main obstacle of advancing the next reform of college logistics socialization.In order to forward the reform of college logistics socialization,we should make clear what problems existed and then suit the remedy to the cases.
