高坝洲水电站继电保护和安全自动装置设计

摘要 为把各种故障和不正常运行方式造成的设备损失和对电力系统的危害降低到最小程度 ,清江高坝洲水电站发电机变压器组 (包括高压厂用变、励磁变 )和 2 2 0kV开关站短引线及输电线路主保护的配置都实现了双重化 ,并都有完善的后备保护。针对 2 2 0kV开关站不同于常规的桥型接线方式 ,配备了与这种接线相适应的保护及安全自动装置。为便于事后分析原因 ,选用的故障录波器在故障或事故发生时能自动启动打印机并能通过电话线将数据远传至值班室。选用的设备具有技术成熟、性能完善、调试容易、运行和维护简单等特点 ,为保证电站的电气设备安全和电力系统的稳定、提高电站的自动化水平奠定了基础。 In order to minimize the equipment loss and the damage to the electric power system which may be caused by various faults and abnormal operations,the main protection devices of the generator-transformer group (including the high voltage station service transformer,excitation transformer) and short approach lines and transmission lines of the 220 kV switch station at the Gaobazhou Hydropower Station have all been dualized,and provided with perfect reserve protection devices.Since the connection of the switch station is different from the conventional bridge-type connection,the protection and automatic safety device adaptable to the connection has been provided.In order to facilitate cause analyses after the event,the selected fault-wave recorder can automatically start the printer and send data to the distant control room during the accident by means of phone lines.The selected devices are of mature technology,perfect behavior,and are easy to adjust,operate and maintain,this has laid a good foundation for guaranteing the safety of electric equipments of the power station and the stability of the electric power system.
