天生桥面板堆石坝分块填筑与坝体裂缝 被引量:2

摘要 天生桥面板堆石坝在施工后期 ,大坝上游坡面出现了多条裂缝。究其原因 ,主要是大坝不均匀变形所致。处理方案为 :宽度小于 1cm的裂缝 ,在混凝土面板施工前进行坡面碾压时 ,通过加强斜坡振动碾的碾压予以消除 ;宽度大于 1cm的裂缝要进行注浆 ,注浆材料及配合比要通过试验确定。裂缝处理后进行了检查 ,结果表明 ,灌注的浆体与垫层料联接紧密 ,裂缝内充满灌注体 ,说明裂缝的处理是成功的。认真分析坝体分块填筑与裂缝的关系 ,对指导高面板堆石坝的施工组织设计和制定坝体填筑规划有重要意义。 In the later period of constructoin of Tianshengqiao concrete face rockfill dam,adopting block placement,several cracks appeared in the upstream rockfill slope.These cracks were mainly caused by the nonuniform deformation of the dam.The methods used to treat these cracks are:for cracks with their opening less than 1 cm,the cracked slope was intensely compacted by vibrorollers to eliminate cracks before the concrete face was placed;for cracks with their opening greater than 1 cm,crack grouting was carried out,with grouting material and grout mix proportion determined by tests.The treated slope was carefully inspected and results showed that the connection between the poured grout and the bedding material was very firm,the cracks were all fully filled by grouting material and the crack treatment was successful.Careful analysis of the relation between dam placement in blocks and cracking is of significance in guiding the construction organization design and the formulation of placement planning of a high concrete face rockfill dam.
