摘要
作为军营文化的重要组成部分,军营网络是新形势下开展军队政治工作的一个广阔舞台,而网络文化对官兵的影响是多方面的。基于此,在实际工作中要紧密结合部队实际,切实从占领文化传播制高点、建设先进军事文化和掌握信息化条件下宣传思想工作主导权的高度,重视加强军营网络文化建设,发挥好军营网络作用,推动新形势下军队思想政治工作的创新发展。
As an important component of barrack culture, network provides an extensive stage for po- litical work in barracks under the new situation. Network culture affects servicemen in different ways. Based on the military background, by occupying a cultural transmission height, developing advanced military culture, and having the lead of propaganda under information condition, great importance should be attached to developing military network culture so as to innovate the military ideological and political work under new situations.
