摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸四乙酯和Nafion在碱性条件下共缩合制备介孔二氧化硅/Na-fion复合材料,利用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重分析(TGA)、氮气吸附脱附等手段对复合材料进行了表征,并对其酸催化性能进行了研究。结果表明,复合材料具有较好的孔道有序结构,Nafion树脂被引入到介孔二氧化硅骨架中;作为固体酸催化剂,对苯甲醛和乙二醇的加成反应表现出了较高的酸催化性能。
The mesoporous silica/Nafion composite was synthesized by co-condensation of Nafion solution and tetraethoxysilane using hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide as template in alkaline aqueous solution. The composite was characterized by FTIR, TGA and Nz adsorption-desorption. The acid-catalytic performance of composite was studied also. The results indicated that the meso-structure of the composite was retained,and the Nation had been successfully incorporated into the skeleton of silica. The composite showed high acid-catalytic performance toward the addition reaction of benzaldehyde and ethylene glycol.
