摘要
钻孔咬合桩作为一种成熟的支护围挡结构,在地铁车站等深基坑围护施工中应用广泛,但将咬合桩应用于铁路桥梁基础防护却相对少见。文章援引巴图塔至准格尔铁路项目中的工程实践,介绍了在对既有桥梁明挖基础的冲刷防护设计中,采用咬合桩进行防护的施工技术,该技术具有施工速度快,对周边环境和既有线运营扰动小,防水效果明显等优点,同时文章还对钻孔咬合桩在桥梁基础冲刷防护施工中的基本技术及施工要点作了简介。
As a kind of mature structure of support and enclosure, borehole secant pile is used extensively in the bracing of deep foundation pit, like metro station, but it is rare to adopt it in the protection of railway bridge foundation. Cited the engineering practice in the project of Batuta-Zhunge'erqi railway line, it is introduced in this paper of the construction technology of protection by using secant pile in the design of scour protection of open-cut foundation of the existing bridge. This technology is featured by fast construction, small disturbance on the surrounding environment and operation of the existing line, and good waterproof effect. Besides, it is also introduced of the basic technology and the main construction point of borehole secant pile in the construction of scour protection of bridge foundation.
