摘要
在植物细胞全能性研究的基础上引出动物细胞全能性这一热点研究课题.介绍了动物细胞全能性的表现,分析了细胞全能性表现程度差异的原因,最后对动物细胞全能性的广泛应用及存在的问题进行探讨,并对细胞命运及其调控进行了展望.
This review discusses the hot issue-research of animal cell totipotency based on the achievement of plant cell totipotency. The performance of animal cell totipotency is introduced first, and then the reasons why different cells show different degrees of animal cell totipotency are analyzed. Finally, extensive applications and existing problems of animal cell totipotency are discussed, and animal cell fate and its control are also reviewed.
