白菜雄性不育系配合力分析

摘要 以8个白菜自交系作父本,2个白菜雄性不育系作母本,进行杂交,配制11个杂交组合,后对其F1代株高、叶长、单株质量、产量以及病情指数进行比较。结果表明,s3302-4×203-1组合产量高、单株质量大,病情指数小,综合性状优良;s3302-4×205-2组合F1代各性状指标与s3302-4×203-1组合F1代无显著差异;s3302-6×207-6组合F1代产量高、单株质量大,但病情指数极显著高于s3302-4×203-1组合F1代,生产中应注意防治病害。 The experiment prepared eleven cross combinations by taking two cabbage male sterile lines as female parent and nine inbred lines as male parent, and then compared plant heights, leaf lengths, single plant weights, yields and disease indexes of their F1 hybrids. The results showed that the combination s3302-4x203-1 possessed high yield, high single plant weight, low disease index and good comprehensive traits, and there were no significant differences between the combination s3302-4x205-2 and s3302-4x203-1 on traits of their F1 generation. F~ generation of the combination s3302-6x207-6 had high yield, high single plant weight, but its disease index was very significant higher than that of the combination s3302-4x203-1. Therefore, we should pay more attention to disease controlling in production.
