摘要
本文对于火法富集含锗氧化铅锌矿的还原过程进行了热力学分析。解释了一些生产现象,确定了较合理的炉渣组成和较适宜的冶炼温度。
A thermodynamic analysis is carried out for the reduction pr- ocess of pyrometallurgy of rie hened lead-zinc oxide ore containing germ- anium.And an explanation is made about some phenomena in production, and some conclusions have been reached.For improving the recovery ratio of available metals,the writer considers that the reasonable composition of blast furnace slag is:FeO 25—30%,SiO_20%,CaO 15%,Al_2O_3<7% and that suitable metallurgical temperature is 1250—1300℃ for blast fu- rnace and 1150—1200℃ for fuming furnace.
