摘要 针对混凝土结构无损检测的需要,提出了一种超声激励脉冲产生的方法。由于超声波信号在混凝土中衰减快,为了提高检测系统的探测能力,增强回波信号,提高超声激励脉冲幅值,采用一种高频继电器实现了电磁脉冲源,并通过水和混凝土两种不同介质的无损检测试验验证其可用性。为了实现混凝土结构的高效精细检测,采用波包分解技术对检测数据处理分析,通过合成孔径技术成像,研制了系统样机。不同混凝土结构试块的检测成像试验表明,系统探测深度可达1m,可以较准确成像显示混凝土结构内部嵌入物的位置。 A method of ultrasonic excitation pulse generation is brought forward for the requirement of concrete structure NDT.For the great attenuation of ultrasonic wave signal,in order to improve detecting system performance and enhance echo signal,the amplitude of ultrasonic excitation pulse must be increased,and the ultrasonic excitation pulse source has been developed with high frequency relay.Its practicality has been validated by the NDT of the two different media of concrete and water.In order to detect concrete structure effectively and subtly,wave-packet decomposition technology is used to process and analyze the detecting data.SAFT is used to image,and system sample machine is developed.The detecting image experiments of different concrete structure demonstrate that the system can detect the concrete structure with depth of one meter,and image to display the position of embedded things inside the concrete structure.
