学前教育专业学生儿童保健相关知识知晓情况与需求调查 被引量:1

Investigaton of Awareness of Child Health-related Knowledge and Needs in Students Majoring in Pre-school Education

摘要 目的 了解学前教育专业学生对儿童保健相关知识的知晓情况和需求现状,为学前专业健康教育理论体系构建提供参考.方法 采取整群抽样对257名学前教育专业专科生进行匿名问卷调查.结果 学前教育专业学生对儿童保健相关知识与技能有一定程度的了解,回答正确率达56.70%;来自城市、高中阶段读理科及接受过生理卫生教育者的知晓率高于来自农村、文科及未接受过生理卫生教育者,差异有统计学意义(χ2分别为527.09、139.16和348.33,P值均〈0.01);除急救与安全防范来自农村学生的知晓率与来自城市的学生无明显差异(χ2=1.46,P〉0.05)外,生理心理基础知识、日常护理技能和传染病预防的知晓率与总体知晓率相近.知识主要来源于网络、电视等媒体;90.7%的学生认为从事学前教育者需要系统学习儿童保健知识,主要需求为日常护理与急救等技能;76.7%的学生认为教育的方式以互动教学模式为佳.结论 学前专业学生对儿童保健相关知识的知晓率较低,有较高的需求,应采用互动教育模式. Objective To understand the pre - professional students in the awareness of knowledge related to child health situation and needs of the situation, and provide a reference system for the pre - professional health educa- tion theory. Methods A cluster sampling of 257 pre - professional college students answered with anonymous ques- tionnaire. Results The pre - professional students had some degree of understanding in health - related knowledge and skills,with the correct answer rate 56.70%. High school students from the city received more physical health awareness education in science than those from rural areas, arts and physical health education did not receive those, the difference was statistically ' ' 2 were slgmficant,x 527.09,139.16 and 348.33 respectively( P 〈 0.01 ). The physio- logical and psychological basis of knowledge, skills and daily care awareness and prevention of infectious diseases were similar to the overall awareness addition to the students from rural areas had no significant difference with from the city in first aid and safety awareness ( P 〉 0.05 ). Knowledge came from the network, television and other media. 90.7% of the students indicated need in systematic study of pre - school child care knowledge and the main demand was for day care and first aid skills while 76.7% of students believed that education was better approached from the interac- tive teaching model. Conclusion The pre - professional student health - related knowledge and awareness of children is low and interactive education model should be used.
