摘要
以半桥电压型PWM变换器为例,分析了补偿电流跟踪特性与变换器直流电容中点电压和交流电源电压的关系,提出了直流电容中点电压、交流电源电压和指令电流之间转换的方法。将指令电流转化为交流电源电压的附加分量,与原交流电压之和作为新的交流电压,应用于电压型PWM变换器电流控制,得到一种考虑指令电流的变环宽准恒频电流滞环控制方法。所提方法可以克服原有变环宽准恒频电流滞环控制方法在指令电流变化较大时开关频率不稳定的不足,仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
Based on the half-bridge voltage-fed PWM converter, the relationship among tracking current, neutral-point voltage of DC capacitor and source voltage are analyzed. A transformation approach of neutral-point voltage of DC capacitor, source voltage and reference current is proposed. A reference current can be transformed into an additional component of source voltage, and a new voltage which is the sum of the additional voltage and original source voltage is obtained. We can get an improved variable hysteresis-band and quasi-constant current-tracking method using the new voltage within PWM current control for voltage converter. Using the new method, the instability of switching frequency led by the changes of reference current can be overcome. The simulation result shows the correctness of the proposed method.
