摘要
无砂多孔混凝土因具有良好的透气性和透水性而作为一种生态混凝土,具有广泛的应用前景。试验研究了骨胶比、骨料级配和胶凝材料掺合料等因素对无砂多孔生态混凝土抗压、抗折强度和孔隙率的影响。为使混凝土碱性降低到适宜草本植物生长的范围内,利用粉煤灰、矿粉和硅灰对混凝土进行碱环境改善。试验结果表明:配制的混凝土28 d龄期时的抗压强度在10 MPa以上,孔隙率在24%~30%范围内,混凝土pH值可降至9.6,满足工程应用的要求。植物生长试验证明了草本植物可以在该无砂多孔混凝土中生长。
As a kind of ecological concrete,porous concrete has good pervious properties and broad application prospects.A series of experimental studies are conducted to investigate the compressive strength, flexural strength, and porosity.The influence factors include aggregate cement ratio, aggregate gradation, admixture, and so on.In order to lower the pH value to a certain level which is eligible for vegetations growing, three different admixtures, such as fly ash, mineral powder, and silica fume, are used to reform the alkali circumstance inside porous concrete. Research results show that this kind of concrete has compressive strength of 10 MPa at the age of 28 days,the porosity is between 24% and 30%, and the pH value can be lowered to 9.6,which satisfy the basic requirements of engineering use.The plant-growing experiment proves the possibility of planting on this kind of concrete.
