现阶段青少年吸烟呈低龄化逐步上升趋势,为保护青少年身体健康,降低青少年吸烟人群数量,建立有效的控烟干预预防措施非常必要。青少年阶段控烟干预措施要行之有效,是建立在对青少年控烟的障碍分析之下的。从法治的视野分析青少年控烟的障碍,根据障碍完善控烟法律制度,才能真正实现法治化的控烟干预预防。
