随着催化裂化原料的重质化、劣质化,催化剂消耗大幅度增加,加工成本随之增加,而总液收减少,导致经济效益明显下降。为了降低油浆产率,提高总液收,降低催化剂消耗,减少成本,增加经济效益,2010年5月试用了上海纳科助剂有限公司生产的FCA-100A催化裂化强化助剂。FCA-100A助剂对提高催化剂活性具有明显效果,FCA-100A助剂含量达到15%以上,油浆产率可下降近2%,总液收提高1.5%。
There has been a significant increased in catalyst consumption with the heavy and poor quality of FCC feedstocks, which makes the processing costs increased. However, the yield of total liquids decreased. So the economic benefit has declined dramatically. In order to reduce the yield of slurry oil, increase the total liquids yield, lower catalyst consumption, reduce costs and increase the economic benefits, we have tried the FCA-100A FCC strengthening additives which are produced by shangHai Haina Co.Ltd. in May of 2010. FCA-100A additives have significant effect on improving the catalytic activity. When the additives content reach more than 15%, the yield of slurry oil may drop by nearly 2% and the yield of the total liquids may increase by 1.5%.
