大脑皮层功能绘图的临床应用及进展 被引量:1

摘要 认识大脑皮层的功能,尽最大可能保护皮层功能是神经外科追求的基本目标之一。这一点在功能神经外科,尤其是癫痫外科中表现得尤为突出。切除癫痫灶与保护脑功能是癫痫外科的两大主题。精准的癫痫灶定位和皮层功能区定位是癫痫外科手术成功的前提。Penfield医生1954年出版的第一部关于癫痫的专著就定名为{{Epilepsyandthefunctionalanatomyofhumanbrain)).足见研究大脑皮层功能对于癫痫外科的重要性。其中,人类特有的语言功能更受到格外关注.为此,Penfield在1959年出版了他的另一部专著(Speechandbrain.mechanisms)).详细论述了包括语言在内的大脑皮层功能的定位与术中保护。
