摘要
分别对不同时期红花槭叶片中的色素含量及矿质元素(包括全N、全P、全K、全Cu、全Fe、全Zn)的含量进行了测定,并分析了生态因子(温度、湿度等)对红花槭叶片色素含量的影响以及它们之间的相关性。结果表明:花色素苷含量在红花槭变色期大幅增加,是导致其变色的主要色素;大量元素含量7~9月变化相对稳定,是进行叶分析的最佳时期;花色素苷与全P、全Fe、全Zn和昼夜温差呈显著正相关,有计划地提高P和Fe、Zn的施入量以及加大温差,可以促进花色素苷的形成。
The dynamic content of pigments and mineral nutrition in the leaves of Acer rubrum ‘Red Sunset’ in different month and the relationship between them were analyzed.The result showed that the increasing of anthocyanin was the main factor of color changing in the autumn;the most of nutrient elements in leaves had a variation with little fluctuation from July to September,so it was a good time for nutrition inspection;a significant positive correlation between the content of anthocyanin and P,Fe,Zn was provided,so enhancing fertilization of P,Fe and Zn would increase the accumulation of anthocyanin.
