摘要
在收集全国中学生课外活动文献资料的基础上,重点对中学场地器材、中学生学习压力和学校管理等影响中学生课外体育锻炼的因素展开分析。并通过浙江、吉林和宁波等市的实例论证,结合当前中学课外活动开展的制约因素,提出了相应的对策建议。
