摘要
发达国家十分重视应用型人才的培养，我国作为发展中国家亦应大力培养应用型人才。，南京中医药大学翰林学院于20lO年9月迁址中国医药城办学，在这个新的机遇面前，学院领导提出了“融入中国医药城，服务地方经济，大力培养应用型人才”的办学指导思想。
The view on the world developed countries so much to the cultivation of talents in their country, as developing countries should also be vigorously fostering applied talents. In September 2010, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Hanlin College moved to China Medical City, in this new opportunities, the college leadership proposed ＂blend into China Medical City, service to local economy, train applied talents＂ managerial guiding ideology.
