摘要
现代护理在发展,但“半专业”的看法依然存在。为推动现代护理发展,需要回顾历史,从南丁格尔创建护理专业的背景与动机中,认识护理的本性,分析现存的问题。护理过度操作化是一个大偏差,限制了护士的全面发展,忽视了社会需求,拉大了医护差距。应该发扬南丁格尔精神,发扬现代护理优势,培养现代护士,推动现代护理加快发展。
Better use, developmental perspectives, and benefits of human resources in modern nursing are discussed from aspects: great advances in medical technology and clinical services make possible treatments and cures that would have been regarded as miraculous a few decades ago; nurses' involvement with each patient is so intense that nursing care can be expected to contribute more in a number of fields of endeavour; helping to define manifestations, patterns, determinants of health problems; increasing observation, comparison, assessment of the relative costs , effectiveness, efficiency of various services; developing, updating, adapting skills, techniques, protocols for constant, continuous service improvements in day - to - day clinical work; participation in carrying out work - related management improvement, innovation, research projects.
