摘要
针对压裂施工后压裂液返排时裂缝内支撑剂的运动特性建立数学模型,模拟裂缝内压裂液返排及支撑剂的回流过程,通过模拟计算掌握了压裂液返排粘度、支撑剂密度、支撑剂粒径对支撑剂回流量及支撑剂在裂缝内分布的影响规律。结果表明对于所研究的影响因素伴随着支撑剂回流量的减少缝内支撑剂的分布状况逐渐变差,因此在具体设计时必须综合考虑各方面的影响,以便获得最优的结果。
Considering proppant's motion characteristic in fracture during fracturing,a mathematical model was founded.It simulated the process of fracturing fluid and proppant backflow.Through simulating the effects of fracturing fluid backflow viscosity,proppant apparent density,proppant size on proppant backflow volume and distribution in fracture were studied.The results indicate that for the influencing factors the distribution of proppant in fracture gradually gets well when the proppant backflow volume increases.So there is a contradiction between proppant backflow volume and distribution of proppant in fracture.In order to obtaining best results both sides have to be taken into account when it is designed.
