摘要
通过对古今文献中有关内伤湿热理论进行整理研究,探讨了内伤湿热的病因病机。认为其总体病机为脾失健运、肝气郁结;促使病机形成的主要病因包括饮食不节、劳逸失当、情志不畅以及不良生活方式等。
Based on the literature of internal dampness-heat theory,it is disscussed that etiology genesis of the internal dampness-heat theory of TCM. The overall pathogenesis is spleen fails,liv and patho- er-Qi stag- nation,and the main etiologies including improper diet,misconduct of work and rest,emotion depression and bad lifestyle.
