摘要
目的系统分析我国现阶段社区护理模式的文献现状及存在的问题。方法在国内外信息检索网站上,按照预定的筛选标准收集有关社区护理模式的文献,根据数据库提取所需内容并进行系统分析。结果纳入文献共71篇,其中美国34篇,其他国家24篇,中国13篇。与美国和其他国家相比,我国文献中涉及的研究对象以未明确研究对象者为最多(46.15%);研究场所均为社区;模式均为公共模式;研究主题较单一,主要涉及慢性病护理(46.67%)和宽泛的社区护理模式的研究(33.33%);研究方法以经验总结法(53.85%)为主。结论我国社区护理模式的发展仍处于初级阶段,亟需建立规范、系统的社区护理模式。
Objective To analyze the current status and problems of community nursing model in China and to provide the reference for further study. Methods According to the predetermined selection criteria,the recent literatures on community nursing model were collected from Chinese and international database and the needed contents were extracted to systematic analysis. Results TotMly 71 literatures met the criteria（34 literatures from America,24 from other countries,13 from China）. Compared to America and other countries,unclear research subjects accounted for 46.15% in the Chinese literatures. Study setting and type of model were limited to community and publie model. The research topics of the Chinese literatures were less,including control of chronic disea.se（46.67%）and broad community nursing model（33.33%）. Most of the Chinese literatures were experiential summary,accounting for 53.85%. Conclusion The development of the community nursing model in China is still in its infancy, It is urgent to establish a standardized ,systematic community nursing model.
