摘要
科技期刊的质量既包括内在质量,也包括外在质量。科技期刊的内在质量具有其独有的特性,具有相对不稳定性、衡量的多角度性、期刊内在质量的功能性、经济性、知识性、期刊质量与销售量的相悖性。对期刊质量的衡量有一整套专用的指标,清楚了解这些指标的应用范围和评价标准,会对科技期刊质量的提高有极大的帮助。
Quality of technical journal including inner and outer qualities. The inner quality has its special charac- teristics of instability, multi - angle of measuring, function, economy, knowledge, and against between quality and sales. The measure of journal quality has a set of index and the understanding of application range and appraise- ment standard of these index can be helpful for the improvement of technical journal.
